went to my local blockbuster to see what they had for sale. They're running a buy one pre-owned get one free,so i scored a MINTY street fighter IV for 360 for $15 and got a MINT Okami for Wii for free. (scratches both titles of my wishlist)

NICE!

I need to get a copy of Okami Wii myself before it gets even harder to find it in my area.

I went to a pawn shop in the middle of nowhere yesterday and found a Gamecube memory card, Nintendo brand, the 1019 size, for $5. I also got Jet Set Radio Future CIB, sratch free, for $5. A good day for me.

Minty Pre-Owned's? REALLY?

Are the cases covered in stickers? No scratches? No laminated to the case manual? No stickers on the disc?

The way blockbuster works here in the states is that the games are all rented out in generic cases with one official case simply left on the shelf for people to know it's there and the rest safely tucked away in a box in the back.

They also clear out new backstock that they can't sell by gutting it, marking it to used and sticking the new case on the shelf while the rest of the game and etc... stays safely tucked behind the counter..

Nope, manuals and docs are either just left inside the display case, or the bulk of them from the other games are left inside all the other cases in the back.

And no blockbuster laminated discs? Thats pretty awesome if the disc is in good condition.

I've successfully gotten blockbuster disc shield things off of games before. You gotta use a hair dryer to heat it up and peel it off very, very slowly. It takes a while to do it safely, which is probably why I still have a few games that I haven't taken that off of yet.
