The Glee flash mob I was in.

As I mentioned in my birthday thread, I was in a flash mob yesterday that happened to coincide with my birthday. My wife and I had been practicing our dance moves for the past several weeks to be included in this massive group of people that showed up in different areas of Seattle to appear as if we had all spontaneously burst into a giant dance routine that was choreographed and performed by fans of the TV show Glee. This was funded by everyone involved in the performance and was done out of our mutual love for the show and our desire to have fun with the source material by bursting out in a gigantic show number in the streets of Seattle.

Our first location was in the Westlake park outside of the downtown Seattle Westlake Mall. Here's the first official video:



There will be more videos to come of our performance at the Space Needle and Pioneer Square. I'll post them once they are ready.

I hope you guys enjoy the video. This was the best birthday ever. :D

Ah, what the hell.

Great video, glad you posted this again, lots of fun. This really wants me to participate in a flash mob one of these days. I love the comradeship that goes with it.

For some reason I thought a flash mob was a bunch of people suddenly ripping off their clothes and randomly streaking down the streets. When you mentioned you and your wife, I thought, "Wow, they are very comfortable with their relationship and I admire that."
