I want to make mystery boxes

help me out with apporpriate prices and items. I think I have enough things for 3-4 boxes. Also what size FRB?

If you have someone who can ship UPS for you from there work then that is where the best per box prices will come in. Otherwise, you will have to probably rely on USPS to ship, go to post office and pick up some of those pre-paid boxes (they are free) then just do your best job of packing.
