Action replay issues with certain games

Specifically Vampire Savior, I really want it but what are the actual issues with the game seeing as iv read on here the are problems with it and the Action replay 4 in 1.

I dont really know anything about the Saturn AR's because I dont have one. But I do know that there is supposely a way to fix compatibility issues. You might want to give it a try? Cant gurantee anything though, as said I dont have one. My saturn dosnt need that
