Poll: Who would like a revamped retro style "Super Hang-on"?

Post by brendanraymond »

Just out of curiosity... I would like to know what the public think about this game.

I my self would love this game... it would be perfect launch title if this ringhole business is true...

imho it should be made by AM2 or SEGA Sports and follow the old native arcade style, and the cool world tour style the home game had...

I want it given the After Burner treatment, and make a sequel with the same gameplay in HD. That would be awesome, and Sega's been doing a lot of that with their racing series lately.

Sorry, I dont mean to be a smart arse and all... but common sense tells me, that, if one would be making a new game from scratch, that they wouldn't be using the same gfx/physics engine of the previous title... just because its the same name.

They would work out obvious bugs ofcourse. I'm only interested in the games theme.

I'd buy it and love it. Voted yes of course.

That reminds me I should one day try to finish the "Championship" mode (I don't remember what it was called) that was on the MegaDrive port (you could earn money from sponsors, upgrade your bike and get promoted to more difficult tracks).

Ivo.

have you played the Moto GP games? they're sick, but you have to find the good ones, as far as i know they're: Moto GP 2 and 3 (3's got an extra arcade type mode) on the xbox. i guess they made some on the current gen systems but their reviews were bleak.

this guy is good:
