That 5200 Video Switch Power Box I mentioned previously drove me nuts. Box supplied power and Video through one RF cable to the console. 5200 console was completely dead. Connector looked fine, continuity check proved different. After re-solder good to go. If you don't see anything wrong pop that electrical tester on it to be sure. Good Luck, hope you find the problem.

It just looks like regular RF to me.
The RF tuner on the Atari could be shot, I had a 4switch that gave a weak signal because of that, the only way to use it now its to scavenge a new tuner or do a composite mod. there is a guide on Benheck that gives you good enough composite, the best is longhorn engineer's, his gives you Luma, Chroma, Composite, L audio, R audio.

That LE mod hooks directly to the chips and resistors at the bottom there, so hopefully you're going to be sidestepping the issue. If you have a parts box, just try to find some black screws to use for the s-video port so it looks nicer than it would with the silver screws you'll probably get. :)

I had a little trouble too, but I believed him when he said he had been out of town and had been waiting on some parts. I didn't question his excuse because he stated it to the point instead of peppering it with a lot of weasel words like liars tend to do. I also had my stuff in less than 40 days. Sorry I recommended it and that you're having issues too. :(

USPS is really slow to get the numbers in the system. So it is possible that he's sent it off and USPS isn't going to show anything until it shows up at your door.
