I can't wait for this to drop. Looks like it's just going to be Street Fighter vs King of Fighters... again... but I'm still looking forward to this. Looks like they're going with KOFXII's style, which is great by me.

Man, April 1st sure has a lot of people being paranoid.

I think it's obvious that Capcom is just riding the gravy train set by the 2D Fighter resurgence and the renewed interest in crossover fighters. First re-releasing MvC2, then making Tatsunoko vs Capcom - it seems obvious to make CvS3, especially after Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown Turbo was announced.
