What are some good JPN only N64 games to get?

Yep, thats the same as my list. I have mine written on three sheets of small paper to keep on me when I go shopping for games, I also have a Gamecube and Dreamcast list also. I will make a Mega Drive one soon, everything else is too long or too short of a list. I really wish we got some of those RPGs over here.

Which RPG's are you referring to? There wasn't much on the N64 in any region. Aren't Quest 64 & Aidyn Chronicles the only two released over here?

That's why I said I wish we got all the rpgs released there because we only got a few in the us. Japan also got:
Fushigi no Dungeon: Fuurai no Shiren 2
Robot Ponkottsu 64: Nanatsu no Umi no Caramel
Zool: Majou Tsukai Densetsu
Nushi Tsuri 64 (fishing rpg)
PD Ultraman Battle Collection 64
Onegai Monster ( similiar to pokemon)
Both Custom Robo's have RPG elements

I rarely find Japan games in the wild but I always keep my list on me because I occasionaly do.

Those baseball games, Jikkyō Powerful Pro Yakyū, have a kick-ass RPG mode in it, even though you literally NEED a japanese language course to read it. Though two games in the series were released in America for the PS2 and Wii. (MLB Power Pros and MLB Power Pros 2008)

If you're picking up Japanese Nintendo 64 games, the baseball games are actually really good baseball games, REALLY good. I would highly recommend them, though try getting the PS2/Wii games in English first to see if you like them.

Replace Hybrid Heaven with Aidyn Chronicles: The First Mage. I played Hybrid Heaven but I didn't count it, as it wasn't very traditional. I guess some people would want to also add Shadowgate 64, Pokémon Stadium and Harvest Moon. And of course both Zelda's.
