Personally I simply treat the D-Pad on the wiimote like a pad for the tip of my thumb and it works just fine whereas other D-Pads like the SNES however get the whole pad of my thumb on top instead.

Dylan pretty much described what I think of the Wiimote d-pad. It'd be fine if it was bigger.

Woah, did I just say that?
I would also be concerned about using the d-pad in 3D. Yeah, it LOOKS 2d but she's also kind of moving around in an arena style environment in many of the shots - into the background and foreground with 360 degree movement. It could be weird, but it's one of those things you just can't know until the final game is in your hands. My guess is the design will account for the hardware.

From what I've seen in the videos and in interviews you no longer will be manually aiming up and down, instead you'll auto aim to make the game more action-y. As a result d-pad up would be more like moving away from the camera, and d-pad down is toward the camera.RadarScope1 wrote:Yep.Anayo wrote:I want a Wii now.
