It looks like you product never got shipped.
Contact the seller politely. Link your on line shipping notice in your query.

Sounds like finger pointing. International Parcels shows preparing for shipping and seller claims to have shipped. Did you link you shipping notice to the seller? The seller needs to check his end to see why product has not shipped yet. Who is the seller?

Shipping between Canada and the US is ridiculous, and inefficient, Just an FYI, Shipping INTO America takes almost three times as long as shipping out. Ten day's isn't that long, just take a deep breath, and don't worry about it, if the board isn't there in a month or so, THEN you can get all huffy.

Yeah, coming from a Canadian who orders from the US all the time, don't worry. My packages usually take about 2 weeks to arrive from the US, and thats if the seller shipped it quickly. If it gets stuck at customs be prepared to wait 3 weeks.

What the... are you tracking this shipment on canadapost.ca? The seller is Canadian? The information you posted makes absolutely no sense and is not something you got from canadapost.ca for sure. "Priority Mail International Parcels"... that is not a service available in Canada.

Septimus is correct, that is not a shipping option from Canada Post... That is a USPS option.

Items usually take at least 2 weeks to get somewhere in the USA from Canada. 3 weeks as someone else stated if it gets stopped by customs...

I don't think you have anything to worry about. What I'm getting from this is that the package has finally cleared the border (customs and all that crap) and will now be shipped to you locally.

See where it says foreign acceptance, march 19th? My guess is that's when the canadian shipping service entered the package into their system (which works, if the seller did indeed ship on the 18th). You've got the 10 day interim, where the package is in transit, wherever it goes, and passes through customs.

Then you get this notice showing that its been cleared here on the 28th, its in a new shipping system, (usps' priority mail international) and is now on its way to you.

Personally, I think you're just fine and have nothing to worry about.
