Great game, still have it. Vanguard and Space Dungeon home release are exclusive to Atari. Great "Lost Gem" Arcade games.

First game I can remember buying was World Series Baseball for Sega Genesis (though I owned a NES, I don't remember what I bought for it.)

Not sure the 100th game, but the last game I bought was Parasite Eve 1 &2 on eBay. My favorite Squaresoft RPGs after Chrono. :)

Currently Playing: Resident Evil 5 Gold (PS3), Chrono Trigger (SNES), Conker's Bad Fur Day (N64), and the waiting game . . . for my Gold n' Wood Neo Geo. :)

I have no idea how anyone would know these answers (other than perhaps their first game).

However, this thread prompted me to run around the house and do a quick rough count of the number of games I do own (either complete or at least disc/cart) - and was shocked to find out that I am indeed closing in on 1000 games! I currently have around 850, and even though I am relatively close, I can't actually imagine hitting 1000 any time soon as I'm not sure I could name 150 additional games I want to add to my collection right now (though I do have a little under 100 listed on my want list in my B/S/T post  ). If I do pass it, it would probably be next generation when all the current gen stuff is in the bargain bin...

Still, even if I don't think it will happen soon, the knowledge that I will almost certainly pass 1000 games in the next couple of years is a bit unnerving.

My very first game came with my first console, as I guess many people's do.

My first console was the Sega Megadrive. I'd wanted it ever since I'd played Sonic at my cousins house. From that moment I'd become obsessed with Sonic until my parents could take no more and decided to finally buy a Megadrive for my brother and I for Christmas. As you can probably imagine we both went crazy that Christmas lol. I must have been about 7 or 8 at the time, I can't quite remember to be honest.

Anyways, it came with Sonic Compilation which contained Sonic 1, Sonic 2 and Dr Robotinik's Mean Bean Machine on the catridge. Those games kept me occupied forever. Still love playing the Sonic games every so often even now.

As for my 1000th game? No idea? I don't even own that many games, and have no idea if I've ever bought that many.
Own: Mega Drive, Saturn, Dreamcast, Playstation 1, Playstation 2, Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Playstation 5, PS Vita, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Wii U, Game Boy Advance, DS, 3DS, Switch, Switch 2, Xbox, Xbox 360

When I was born, I watched my dad on his Sega Genesis with Sonic 1, Sonic 2, The Sword of Vermillion, and Castle of Illusions starring Mickey Mouse. When I turned 5 or 6, I got to have the system. :D

My first handheld was a GBC with Super Mario Bros. Deluxe.

I have no idea what my 100th or possibly 1000th game are. :?:
