also, whenever i smell an old lady, it always reminds me of my grandma and being at her house when i was young, so that's nice also. which could make me sound super, super gross and creepy.

haha for some reason I imagine you walking straight up to old ladies and taking a good whiff, exhale slowly, and then casually strolling away as if the incident never occured. Then I can see the old lady just flabbergasted.

shit, do we know each other? i do this all the time.

Depends. Are you that old smelly guy on the bus with the gameboy pocket?

I haven't given it enough thought to make a definitive five, but some scents I like are:

Bacon
Cinnamon Rolls
Gasoline
Gunpowder

I will give this more thought, then amend this list.

You like the exhaust and piss?

I kind of get this. Growing up in Chicago then moving to NC, I almost miss "that city smell". Sometimes when a bus passes, or if I walk past a hot dog cart, it reminds me of the Windy City. But man, not NYC. Smells like ass, pigeon shit, piss, knock off perfume that smells like cheap deodorant, homeless people, body odor, and over cooked Chinese food.

Not trying to be an asshole, Chicago doesn't smell like a florist's shop, it's got some grit and grime, but man, to me NYC smells like a litter box.

NYC pizza, on the other hand, a pretty great smell. (Of course not as good of a smell from a chi-town deep dish pizza though  ).
