Well I'm 21 and you can see where my hairline is and what I will look like when nearly completely bald I'll have the same hair setup as my grandfather and father. argh.

I use to have long hair and that's the reason I cut it, thinning hair line. Ultimately I am going to have the Capt. Picard, and since he's a fictional hero of mind that softens the blow. Now I sport a shaved head and every hair cut is a bit more depressing.

I've got a big ass bald patch on top of my head and i'm way too self conscious about it. Seriously other than the occasional lame comment from your friends the vast majority of the people you come into contact with won't care even a little...unless your short fat and ugly.

the only thing is that I grow a beard pretty fast, so I have a ton of hair except on my head, does anyone know ways to make this look work ha

I used to work with a guy who had something like that. His hair receeded when he was in college so he shaved it all off, and then sported a thick beard (although he couldn't grow a moustache to save his life). Of course, with that look everyone who didn't know him was afraid of him, which is nice when you want to get other people to do stuff.

just shave it all off and get your Kratos on. Bald is in. I started to thin early, and after years of trying to just comb it front, like a caesar style cut, it had to go. It was horrible trying to recover after a good gust of wind blew thru, or trying to swim and not getting my hair wet. About a year and a half ago, i took it all off and haven't regretted it yet. Girls love it, and plus it adds just a little bit more badass to you. Go for it, you'll thank me later.

Hey man, it's something that most guys go through, maybe not at your age, but we're all different. It's only hair, not your health. And yes I realize that is easy for me to say, but it's better than you are losing your hair naturally, and not from chemotherapy.

Plus, strippers always seem to go after the bald guys.
