Something I always suggest to people new to the CFW on PSP, make sure what you're reading is up to date. There's too many outdated tutorials floating around on the web. A few times I was getting frustrated wondering why something wasn't working before I found out the method was outdated.

Which PSP model do you have? If you have 3000 or the unhackable 2000, you're hosed.
