Have you ever walked out of the theatre because of a movie?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Every Saw after the first was pretty bad. Same goes for Hostel.

I didn't walk out on it because my friends were enjoying it, but geeze.. it was basically torture porn. What little plot there was was only there to let you move from gruesome death to gruesome death. Meh.

Wow. This is starting to remind me of my frustration with two movies: The Heartbreak Kid (the one with the woman from Watchmen) and Kicking and Screaming (the Will Ferrell movie).

I didn't like Kicking and Screaming since it was about that time that I realized that Ferrell came across to me as a d*****bag. I didn't know why I thought he was, but from his excessive and over-the-top seriousness in a children's soccer game made me wonder what the heck I was thinking.

Now for The Heartbreak Kid, where do I start? I can think of many reasons why I hate this movie, but i think I'll peg it all on the annoying character played by the woman from Watchmen (I forget her name). Anyway, I know she's meant to come across as annoying, but GOOD GOD the things she did in the movie ticked me off to no end. Whether it was making her bad sunburn worse, having very rough sex with Ben Stiller and acting and lying about her personal life, there wasn't one moment where I wanted to reach through the screen and PUNCH THAT WOMAN IN THE FACE!

I apologize for that little rant. It's just that I just remembered this stuff and I think I just realized why my mind decided to block out these particular movies.

Actually I recall wanting to leave in Indiana Jones 4 when a certain being was shown, I had a what the fuck moment but my mate was my ride and he was enjoying it.

Fortunately, since my dad is an old school media pirate (sneaks into movies after the one we paid for is over, take that ya whippersnappers and your pirate bays!), we didn't pay for that.

I stood up about 30 minutes in and said "THIS MOVIE FUCKIN' BLOWS!" and walked out.

ha your lucky. i had to sit there because my father was also with me. and being a fan of transformers g1 (1st generation), i had to see it through just so when i complained about it i knew what i was talking about it. seriously so many things wrong with that movie! the whole fallen plot line....Michael Bay totally pulled out of his ass. not to mention the plot wasn't even well thought up at all. he simply made his own scifi movie and through some transformers ideas and names and called it a sequal. oh and before i stop ranting...there is one thing that my inner fanboy must say. MEGATRON DOES NOT FOLLOW A LEADER WILLINGLY! EVER! lol ok im good.

2 movies ever. The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen was/is the worst movie I have ever seen. The second was Watchmen. Hated it. I tend to stick through a horrible movie so I can bitch and moan more about it and have a leg to stand on when I am done. These 2 were not worth lowering my IQ anymore.

I liked the Watchmen, but then again, I am a fan of the Graphic Novel.

Anyway, I could not recall one time that I'd ever walked out of a movie theater, I was so close to walking out of Alien vs. Predator, the main reason why I stuck around is because my mom and my sister where watching some Chick flick that I could not remember the name, and they are my only ride home. The movie is just plain torture to me, its just one movie I wished I had a drill with me so I can drill my eyes out.

Never, and I've seen 30 Days of Night, Doom and the Final Fantasy movie. Oh, and Shrek the 3rd (weakest entry in the series, especially since Shrek 2 was nowhere near as awesome as Shrek 1).

Mostly cuz ticket prices are so high, that walking out of the movies is illogical. And not to mention brainless. Not even if you're rich.

In the UK there used to be an unlimited card for our local cinema, where you paid £10 a month and could see as many films as you want. My and my fiancee used to have it. Makes hell of a lot of sense. However it meant that we saw a lot of shit movies. We don't live near one of those cinemas any more and as a result we never go. Just import DVDs on the cheap from US before they come to the cinema over here.

Lol, I was kicked out of a LOTR movie, I fell asleep and was woken up by the attendant, she said I was snoring very loud and it was distracting the other people.
I also left during watchmen, Rorshach was all like " Depressing, blah, blah, blag, KILL ME, DO IT" then there was a blue guy or something, then I left.
