I cringe every time Link speaks in a parody.

Ugh, what a mess on the Sonic one...I wonder why Eggman never thought of that?

Funny!

I've heard of it a few times but what kind of show is Robot Chicken? How long has it been going and does it not normally cover games?

It's on its third season on Cartoon Network's late-night Adult Swim lineup.
It's all stop-motion stuff that parodies pop-culture stuff. So it's definitely not all game stuff, but you will see some on occasion.

If not, you could try getting the DVD sets or torrent it....

The series is alright but not worth paying money for. It's a very mixed bag, like Family Guy if it had no recurring characters...and was in stop motion. Some jokes work well, but most fall falt on their face. Watch them on Youtube instead.

They've already done spoofs of Final Fantasy 7 (takes place in a fast food joint), and probably the more famous "Mario Bros. in Liberty City" sketch, followed by Yoshi's very brief stint in Raccoon City.
