What's with the sexism and homophobia lately?

Now that is a really bizarre form of bigotry. "You're bad, because you're not gay enough". WTF.

Not that that has anything to do with the point of this thread. People just like oppressing other people. Like black people who fought for interracial marriages to be recognized. Then to turn around and fight against homosexual marriages.

You can't turn around without finding a bigot. Personally, I'm an anti-suit bigot. Never trust a man in a suit. A homeless man in rags might mug you today. A man in a suit will rob you of your entire future.

Sure, gay people love having their sexuality used as an insult! It's something so bad being gay, how can you possibly not think about it of an insult?

It's not like there are thousands of gay organizations out there complaining about this, you are more important than all those people, because you are bi.

What about using your name instead to mean bad things? Do you like it? What about using "black people" in it's place? Cooler, isn't it?

I hope you get banned, I don't want to see people feeling bad here in Racketboy because of you.

Sexism and Homophobia is just like racism, a form of destructive labeling of people.

The U.S right now is going thru a Census update. I returned my completed questionnaire back last week.

I can understand a head count and age of people in a household. I hate the idea of determining what race one is. During World war II Japanese-American U.S. citizens got herded off to internment camps, using census data. Was wrong, people was judged simply because of their race not loyalty to country. That will never happen again.

So why ask what race? I hope it is only for Medical reasons (some races have shown higher levels of certain diseases) or if its a language issue. But don't use it for Government programs to help a certain group just for the sake of race. I also hate all the recognize "Race History Weeks/Months" and groups and Caucus that are identified by race; which in itself racial.

The one area that really gets me is "Quotas" for college, job or a government contract. Me, I want the best Scientist, Teacher or Heart Surgeon not someone who was pushed in front of the line because of their ethnic or sexual background.

We need to get away from identifying and associating people by the color or sexual orientation and simply see them for who they are inside.

It's not bigotry it's prejudice. :P I just can't stand those people who are 'Bi for the attention' y'know because it makes them different. I fucking hate those people. When I was at uni there was a bunch of these so called 'bi' people. They think that if they get drunk and kiss their same-sex friend and suddenly, blam, they're bi. No fucktards, you are not gay or bi or whatever. You're just straight. You've had nothing but straight partners and you think you're bi. Ugh, whatever.

Niode wrote:Bi... pfft. I know people who claim to be bi... You know what, my gay friends won't associate themselves with those people. So to say you speak for gay people because you're bi says absolutely squat about homosexuality as a whole.

I think that nobody has 'come out' (eesh, I went there) and spoken up for whether or not this really is an issue for them speaks volumes for the amount of prejudice in this thread. I'm 100% sure that we have homosexual members, and I have no problem with that and neither should any of you lot.
Your gay friends sound like complete assholes. They sound pretty geh! Aside from that i never said i spoke for anyone other then myself. I never even hinted at speaking for all gays. All i was getting at was that i have more of a reason to be offended with "that's gay" then you most of you do. There are important people in my life that no longer even speak to me. Just because i choose to be who i am. Fuck them i can only be who i am and i make no excuses for it. I probably shouldn't have mentioned it. But like i said (when i mentioned it) i thought i might give my point of view a LITTLE more merit then all you %100 str8 doods fussing about it. I have had quite a few of my gay friends read this entire thread and they are all ROFLx100ing. Though, they do think its nice that you care :)

I am nothing like this. Great job assuming all bi people are like this. It is totally true. No really .. it is! I do it for attention. Thats why i never brought it up here until now when it had something to do with the discussion... cuz i'm an attention whore! but forgot to use my weapon of mass attention over the last 3 years!

It has NOTHING to do with me being attracted to men and also women (how could you not be). Also nothing to do with liking the feeling of a penis in my bum just as much as my penis in a vagina while squeezing boobies! :0

"I fucking hate those people" says a lot about you. Hate is what this thread is really about not words. Hate is a strong word that you needed to add fucking to. I'm more worried about people who fucking hate certain groups of people then i am of people that tend to use slang words from time to time.

Really, this is ridiculous. It doesn't much matter what anyone believes about the terms in question. They offend SOME people and it would be polite and respectful not to use them. There are plenty of other slang terms available to get your point across without having to revert to fourth grade language.

Stop acting like it is some moral high ground to be able to go around spewing words like "faggot" or whatever else. It doesn't reflect positively on you.
