Console that is pride of glory of your collection

How can I choose? I love them all so much.

Buuuuuut. I'd guess that my IIgs is the coolest piece of gear I have. It's fairly uncommon, and does a whole lot of cool stuff. I've got the original packing material (in fair-not good) condition. The RGB monitor, Imagewriter printer, and Vince Briel's 4mb RAM expansion. Oh, and the necessary cable for ADT pro. It sits right next to my main computer, always ready for me to flick it on and get my Arkanoid on.

Assuming I can composite mod them, (just got them): Intellivision - great memories of my youth, and had some great games on it (many though that weren't). Other one - really must say my current N64 portable; the N64 had some great games on it, which last the test of time. Having a handheld portable of an N64 system is really quite special to own.

My trusty old NES has been with me for almost quarter of a century now, so I would have to say that. Plus, he's got a cool sticker on his top from my gamer glory days:

My other choice is the Playstation 2. I love that system and play it more than any other console. I've also got a wicked PS2 collection:

Weren't these things mostly used for handheld emulation? I read about it a long time ago, and kinda kicked myself for getting my psp once I learned about it.

That is interesting i never knew they had a portable N64-- and i do agree n64 is great console. I have roughly 10 games for it but most of them are the top mainstream ones.

Spot on. It did have some excellent games made for it - Astonisha Story being the most well known since it was ported to the PSP, but it let me play FF1-6 on the go, back in my heavy RPG days. It chunked a bit on 4-6 but still awesome. Sadly mine has no lighting on it, but thats what I get for buying it back in 02.

They don't. Bacteria is just a top class modder, so he can make that kind of stuff. Click the image link in his sig. Pretty impressive stuff in there.

My PS2 is the heart of my collection. Followed closely by my NES and Genesis

The thing about my PS2 is that it's still my old fat model from 2002. Whereas the NES and Genesis that I have now are the ones that I picked up locally 2 or 3 years ago. Had I still owned my original NES, then that would have been the pride and glory of my collection because it was my very first console and I had a lot of great games for it.
