My 3DO is probably my most prideful console. I have gathered a nice small collection of games for it. Next in line is probably the Super Famicom. Even though those two may be the top two, I wouldn't be the man I am today without my trusty 'ol NES.
That's a tough one. It's probably the Wii. We've been playing it steadily since Christmas. I have it soft-modded so I love the ability to put my games on a hard drive. The virtual console is also a great idea.
The second choice would be the xbox. This is the system that I did the most mods for. I swapped out the case fan for a larger/quieter one. I replaced the gpu fan with a new heat sink. I installed the DuoX mod chip and a 250GB hard drive. It's super quiet and has loads of functionality.
Third choice would be N64. I still like the concept of a cartridge.
yea i agree, there is something unique about cartridge base game that i cant get enough of. Now most if not all is CD-BASE and i hope it never all goes to digitial.

My most proud of is my Japanese Launch GBA. Its got more hours in it than I care to think about, atleast 300 from Tactics Ogre alone, and it still works fine.
My runner up is my GP32. It has little nostalgia associated with it, but it is one that I am sure most people have never seen, let alone heard of.
