Mine came fine. I've also finally figured out the system and when to use the modes. I'm still terrible, but the game actually makes sense now.

That would piss me off royally, shallowgamer. Unfortunately, I've yet to receive mine. Shipments from playasia are taking progressively longer and longer...

I wish I had it like that. I had to drop $90 bucks at NCSX

that game looks awesome! but that style of shmup kinda makes my brain hurt because there is soooooo much going on at once.

They are a aquired taste.

It took me about 15 years to actually get good at the ones I play.

But the good news Is I am good at most of them now.

Espgaldua 2 is a really complicted game. Compare it with Mushihimesama Futari, which is the other region free release. In Futari it also follows the style of tons of shots on the screen, but its a much simpler game (unless you get into scoring). It's basically shoot first, shoot later, shoot some more, and then try and ask a question. Espgaluda requires you to master when and where to use the slowdown mode (which also can bullet cancel).

These are the kind of titles that I want to pass down to my kids, so I'd appreciate a new copy actually being in new condition. Honestly, I'd be better off buying one used on ebay- at least I could see the condition before it comes my way. owell. If we can afford import games, we're better off than 95% of the world population, so I should quit my bitchin.
