NCAA Tournament Bracket Challenge?

Post by Koopin_Krackerz »

I know many here aren't that big into sports, but the NCAA Tournament is easily one of the best events to take part of. If there is some interest, I can set up a league on ESPN for just Racketboy members to compete against each other's brackets. Even if you don't follow college ball, it's a lot of fun to fill out a bracket and see what happens. I've been beaten a few times by friends who never seen a game. Crazy things happen. If you need help I, and anyone else, can help. I already filled out my 2 brackets for this year 8) . Not really confident this year  .

I'd be down to pick a bracket. I do with my family every year for cash prizes.

Hmm maybe we could put together a prize for the winner. I'd donate some genesis, nintendo and snes games. If everyone in the poll put something up we might have a hefty retro prize for the winner! Let me know.

That's a great idea! I can throw in a NGPC and/or a Genesis game.

I'll post a link to the league and info soon.

Ok so here are the links:

To set up your entry go here:
http://games.espn.go.com/tcmen/en/group?groupID=37262

The group name is Racketboy Madness! and the password to get in is simply racketboy. You are going to have to create an ESPN account but it is free and if you uncheck all the boxes they do not send any spam. From there just click on the team you want to win in each game until you have an overall winner. It is a locked league so once the first game starts, that's it.

I really like chupon's idea having some sort of prize with the people participating chipping a game. Makes it much more interesting and fun. When the Tourney starts on Tuesday with the play in game and we have a good idea on how many people are playing we can figure out how to work the prize "package" out.

Should be a lot of fun!

This thread title doesn't have much confidence in itself.

But, I'm in.

Well I wasn't sure if there would be a lot of interest, but it was worth a shot. Right now it's just you and me in it.
