NES to usb controller adapter

Anybody know some solutions for converting an NES controller to USB controller. The simpler the better.

Well, there is always converting the pad directly using a kit like this: http://www.retrousb.com/product_info.ph ... ucts_id=44

They sell the actual converted pad on ebay it looks like for a little more than the kit. Adapters can be had for about $25 on ebay too.

Or you can just buy a NES USB controller on ebay for about $15.
