This is the monitor that I play all my retro (besides DC) stuff on:

It is a 36" standard def flat (the picture makes it look rounded for some reason) screen CRT with component input. This is why PS2 is my preferred way to play standard def 2d/oldschool games. It may not be quite RGB, but it looks amazing and must be pretty damn close. Arcade games on PS2 compilations such as Samsho Anthology really feel like I have an arcade monitor in my living room. I was really excited when my parents decided to part ways with it instead of moving it to their new home in PA. Although it weighed a ton and getting it here was a hassle... its been worth it!
This is the setup I currently have on that monitor:

I am allowed to have the PS2 and one other old system (currently Saturn) hooked up to that TV at a time, although the switch box allows me to slip in my laptop, via S-vid (for emulation) when I feel like it. (pictured below) I would like to get some sort of RGB to component option for my Saturn, but it seems kind of complicated, and the S-vid from the Saturn looks great for now.

It may be related to the video card in my laptop, but the S-video out on it seems a bit more vibrant than S-video from other formats (saturn, N64, etc). It would look almost as good as the PS2 component does, except there is a little bit of the "bleeding" that you have with s-vid... the colors look real vibrant, though. -As with the Saturn, I would like to get a better video signal for my laptop on this TV (vga to component?), but for now this (s-vid) is great.
Back in our other bedroom we call the "game room", we have the Dreamcast setup and storage of other consoles, accessories, and parts.

Our DC is VGA adapted to this wonderful 22" viewsonic flat (again camera makes it look rounded) screen CRT. Also, cheap logitech computer speakers for the DC's sound. (surprising not bad -decent bass at least) The picture (below) does not do the video quality justice.

The p225f monitor was very top of the line for its time and beats every lcd or plasma (CRT as well) that I have hooked a DC up to. Very very sharp and vibrant!

Just a better look at the setup. The shelving is also used for storage of other consoles that are not hooked up currently. (changes from week to week)

A glimpse of some extra consoles, accessories, games, boxes, and parts that are either broken or just not in use lately.

This poster is above the DC and other console storage center in the "game room". That was the only place I was permitted to put it up... I was very grateful to even be able to put it up there! Sorry, didn't get it in the full view pic very well.

As I stated earlier, I have been focusing on burnable media, but these are the type of games I have been picking up (and hopefully will be getting more of in the future) for my PS2. Not much yet, but a decent enough start, I guess.
Now, last but not least... on the other side of the living room (across from the Sony CRT retro center) is where we do our HD gaming:

Nothing crazy at all here. Just a 22" (maybe even 19") sharp lcd for our Xbox 360 needs. I did manage to pick up a "Ken" street fighter pad at Gamestop for pretty inexpensive about a month back.
There you have it. Our "gamehouse" doesn't even compare to some of the setups I have seen on here, but we do the best we can with what money we have.
Thanks so much for letting me share and taking a look! I've been looking forward to showing those monitors to someone who might have a bit of appreciation for them. If you don't, thats ok, I love em.
