Bin2Boot won't work

In the past, basically 2 days ago. My Bin2Boot used to work flawlessly. Now whenever I put a BIN file into it, the program says "Cannot create file" followed by the directory. I've tried running it as administrator, in Windows Compatibility XP 3 mode(I think), and redownloaded it. Any help to get this back into action would be very helpful, thanks!

Do you run the Bin file directly or load off Bin2Boot? Could be a file association issue.

It would help if you provide more info. Not everyone knows what bin2boot is. You should have mentioned that it's a program for the Dreamcast.

What operating system are you using?
What has changed on your system in the past few days?
What game are you trying to convert?
Is it just one game or did you try to covert others?
Did you try converting one that you were successful in doing in the past?

i hope your inserting a Dummy file before using Bin2Boot , ive heard alot of people in forums saying their Dreamcast is broiken.
