Anybody going on a trip for Spring Break '10?

Post by JokermanJohnny »

As per usual, my family and I are heading down south to Mexico to do some shopping whenever a holiday comes around. Since Spring Break is the time to travel across the country, what plans do you guys have for Spring Break?

I took off work but I am just going to sit home and enjoy no work or school for a week. I guess spring break started for me Thursday morning when I got off work and last until I go back to school next Monday.

It's my last spring break ever...though I don't get to go anywhere exotic or anything like that. I will probably end up at home playing FFXIII enjoying possibly my last week of no responsibilities.

Hmmm, well since I've been out of college and working Spring Break doesn't really exist anymore but I still plan on having a good week. Hopefully going out Wednesday afternoon/night for St. Patty's and drinking a lot; Thursday night going to see Muse with the wife and some friends; then the weekend is a send-off party for a friend going into the military so lots of booze will be involved there as well :)

I always wanted to go somewhere cool for Spring Break. But unfortunately, I hungout with a bunch of losers who never had money for anything other than beer, weed and cigarettes.

Next weekend, I do have plans to have a few beers and watch the movie, "Spring Break (1983)" on DVD

And maybe "The Real Cancun (2003)," if I can find it.

Does anybody else remember back in the day when MTV used to go to Spring Break every year and film all their shows there - Club MTV, The Grind, Yo! MTV Raps, Remote Control, Beauty and the Beach, Chillin' With The Weez, etc? :)
