Sorta related, I tend to love playing as psychos. The more delightfully insane, the more fun they are to play as.

I'll play as Yamazaki in any game he ever appears in. Never has a character made being a psycho look so classy.

Blanka, the holder of the best video game ending for a fighter:

He found his Mother, she found her son. That anklet, tear jerking.

Mine is Sub-Zero (MK2 version, preferably so I have "the good guy" Sub-Zero).

Funny, that's pretty much why I like all of the Orochi characters in King of Fighters.

Street Fighter: Ken [I like the Hurricane Kick, and I just prefer him over Ryu.]
You know I always liked how Ken had an actual life outside of fighting and training, yet still manages to be in Ryu's league as a fighter. And all of his moves are cooler than Ryu, particularly his dragon punch. And the guy actually has a frikking personality too. Ryu is so damn boring

I also go for the odd fighters. I'm always Voldo in any Soul Calibur game. I don't play much Guilty Gear, but I like the character with a bag over his head.
