Ok, so I know everyone got their favorite video game icon whether it's Mario, Sonic, Mega Man, etc but what about in the fighting game genre? Which character is your default to play whenever you pick up the latest iteration in the store or the old faithful standby you have every move memorized?
For my that character is Haohmaru from SNK's Samurai Spirits/Samurai Shodown series. For some reason his wild hair, jug of saki, and powerful sword attacks always bring me back to the SS games no matter what console they appear on.
So how about the rest of you guys

Re: Favorite character from a fighting game series
Felicia from Darkstalkers, and Nakoruru from Samurai Shodown/Spirits. Fast characters with relatively easy-to-use special attacks. Also they're both seriously hot. Also, I don't mean to start an argument, but in my opinion, Felicia > Morrigan.
Re: Favorite character from a fighting game series
Scorpion from Mortal Kombat and Akuma/Gouki from Street Fighter. Scorpion's harpoon is incomparably awesome; Akuma's raging demon is incomparably awesome.

Felicia from Darkstalkers. Fun personality, great combination of cuteness and sexiness, and a great fighting style that incorporates everything I want in a fighter - high speed, decent offensive abilities, unique twists on familiar moves, and even a command grapple.
