I cnt recommend Gregory Horror Show enough I'm playing it as we speak and just about to finish it!

Also God Hand is defintly worth it Iv played through that game so many times it never gets old and the jokes always stay funny.

other than that id think mebey Space Channel 5, Space Channel 5 Part 2.

Theres also alot of good short psone games out there you can play on your ps2

Clock Towers and awsome point n click horror survival thats short but the replaibility is highly reccomended.

The Bust a Groove series, id recommend Bust a Groove 2 as its my favorite and is more balanced, better music, 18 characters and 18 stages and a good solid 2 player mode and the difficulty really changes the way the game is played but the only draw back its VERY pricey.

Forgot all those PS1 games, good point!

I enjoyed the first Bust a Groove for the music, play the fat guy Hamm and watch him keep losing weight on each level. Have the Japanese version actually called Bust a Move and the Disco guy what's his name smokes a cigarette. (banned on U.S. Groove version)

Whole wealth of games such as Tomba, Diablo, the great Metal Gear Solid, Tempest X, Best fully programable versions of Midway Arcade Classics, Gubble with Skil tools, Crash, Medevil, man there are tons! Is there a new Bleem yet?

Just finished The Bouncer and wow, what a horribly flawed game that somehow kept my attention enough for an hour and a half (my memory card said I finished the game in 58mins, but I had to reload like 10-15 times...so maybe an hour and a half). It's like dynamite cop with a similar story, without weapons to pick up, add some load time, put in some horrible camera angles, put in a lot of cut-scenes and use final fantasy 7(...8?) looking characters.

It was an ok, short ps2 beat em up game. But give me Dynamite Cop instead any day.

Great game have callus on my "R1" finger, each level is basically one on one "Boss" mode. You can always treat the levels as separate games.
It's one of the most beautiful and cinematic games ever made. Square could learn from ICO team. You tell a story through the action, not in long winded FMVs with nothing but lame turn-based fighting and item hunting between. Shadow of the Colossus is Legend of Zelda with a better story and none of the nonsense (no wandering around looking for a stupid item to progress).

That game is VERY awesome. My only complaint is that you end up doing the same 6 bajillion hit combo over and over again because it's the best way to dispatch enemies. I don't remember the buttons, but with the girl you first charge in, make a couple hits, than hit "away" and attack on the joystick and uppercut them into the air, then make a few more hits, then slam them town with "toward" and attack. This can kill many of the earlier enemies in one combo. As an added bonus, while you're in the air you can't be attacked. The bullet hell segments rock.
