I consider that word little or belittling , it is far more important not to discourage anyone from positive contributions. I do believe Forum rules and proper decorum discourage use of that word anyways.

I met my GF in 2002 on an IRC server I've frequented since 1998. She's now an oper on that same server. But as far as I'm concerned, she's still a n00b to me. :lol:
