As you can see from the image i was making a laser pointer from a dvd burner and all of a sudden my hands began to violently shake back and forth about 3-5mm causing this huge pile of extra solder to build up.
After i finally managed to break the force of it(was like i was being electrocuted) i am really scared that i may have parkinson's or something and may never be able to solder again

Are you a doctor?..... i suggest we wait until one replys'
No. I suggest you wait a period of 5 years or so, then you will know if you do or don't have parkinsons, also I cannot say what you do not have by not knowing your physical characteristics.
I remember one time my hand moved all by its self, I wasn't even control until seconds later. Probably he was working to hard on th soldering causing his hand to shake.
You took too long, now your candy's gone. That's What happens. Bkowwwww. (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻)
Could have been a trapped nerve, or just a shake, sometimes people suffer these when they are tired. It happens sometimes in your hands when you grip something tightly for a while. i get a similar thing when i carry a book for a while theres nothing wrong with me just the way my hands are stiff when i carry. Unless you have more symptoms than your hands shaking once i wouldnt worry. Worrying about something like this will only get you stressed.
I haven't slept for ten days, because that would be too long.

hmm i'm thinking it is the stress doing it maybe. Normally the smell of hot lead and accidentally burnt plastic puts me at ease but this time i was just getting more and more frustrated after melting the first laser trying to de-solder it from the PCB.
Its not the first time something like this has happen is all, i hope it doesn't start happening all the time or i'm not going to be much use in my house(everything is breaking now) >.>
