D'oh, I should have clarified that he was taking it out of the cabinet it was in. Silly me.

Got a few good ones from Goodwill.
a Link to the Past (cart only)
Mortal Kombat (Gen, Cart only)
best of all for goodwill finds:
IOB v1 Genesis, including original instruction manual, Warranty and the mail-in envelope for it. Also came with all of the original promotions, and the return slip and receipt to a video store i've never heard of, where it was apparently returned as an unwanted gift. Box isnt in perfect shape, but its kept up pretty well.
Consoles: Atari 2600,NES,Atari 7800,Genesis,Sega CD, SNES,N64, PS1, Dreamcast, Gamecube, Xbox, Xbox 360, Wii.
Handhelds:GBC, GBA, GBA SP, NDS, NDS, NDS i, NDS i

Scored the following off Craigslist for $30:

PS1 w/ 2 Controllers, 2 Memory cards and 13 games, including FF7, Parasite Eve 2, Syphon Filter 2, and RE3 Nemesis, all black label and in perfect condition. She had dozens of e-mails within the opening of the posting, but I scored it by simply including my phone number in response as an after thought :-) The FF7 game has a GameStop price tag on it, $16.99 used - I'm guessing it was bought a LONG time ago.
Current Systems:
Atari 2600, NES, Neo Geo AES, SNES, N64, Silver GC, Wii, Genesis, 32X, Saturn, DC, 2 PS2 (White + Silver), Slim PS3, X360 MW2 Ed.

From hitting some stores this morning - all complete/black label except the Atari carts

Gran Turismo 3 (PS2)
Gran Turismo 4 (PS2)
Klonoa 2 (PS2)
Jedi Starfighter (PS2)
Ridge Racer V (PS2)
Sega Superstar Tennis/XBLA Compilation (360)
Urban Strike (Genesis)
Galaxain (2600)
Yar's Revenge (2600)

all for about $30. Nothing amazing, but I'm happy...

NES carts of Gauntlet 2, Ghosts & Goblins, and a Sega Genesis brand Arcade stick for --- FREE :D

Nothing beats free, no matter how terrible the game might be.

Edit: The guy was moving shelving around in the store and didn't want to take time to check prices. "Just take them." I love those words.

That's why I always put my number in a reply if I'm serious. It simply shows the seller that you are indeed serious.

Awesome deal btw. :D

Good move with that phone number. Convenience for seller bettered your chances. Have to remember that one.
