Just beat Mario & Luigi- Superstar Saga. Easy game overall, with a ball-bustingly difficult final boss. Like, I got up to her in one weekend, and spent the next few weeks beating her. Like, in-between fighting her I beat Pokemon FireRed again.
So that places my 2010 exploits at- Pokemon FireRed (9th or 10th time), Dragon Quest I (second time), Survival Kids (have half the endings now), Legend of Zelda- Twilight Princess (fear the fishing rod), Drill Dozer, and Mario & Luigi- Superstar Saga.

I'm happy to see that you finally beat Cackletta! That was one of the most satisfying victories in my video game history. What did you have to do differently to beat her? I personally had to leave the castle to level up a bit and buy some better equipment.AmishSamurai wrote:Just beat Mario & Luigi- Superstar Saga. When you replay Pokemon games, do you wipe the file and start everything all over again. As much as I like the games, I guess I've just never really done that because of all the d00ds I collected.AmishSamurai wrote:Just beat Mario & Luigi- Superstar Saga. Re: Games Beaten: 2010
I left the castle, got the item that lets Luigi move right after Mario, got some PURE POWER pins, and the special item that doubles your damage but doubles the amount you take. Then I just whoop ass as fast as possible. I can dodge the time stops, but the unholy meteor swarm afterwards is TKO-material. So I just killed her before she could unholy meteor swarm. Threw me off, because she never died that fast before.jfe2 wrote:I'm happy to see that you finally beat Cackletta! That was one of the most satisfying victories in my video game history. I probably would have beaten her quicker, but was so busy I didn't have time to play.
@molotovwars- beauty of Pal Park. Just transfer my guys over, manipulate dates to do it repeatedly, then restart.

I beat Mass Effect. Spent about 40+ hours on it, went with a renegade female soldier. That's two so far. Next up: Dead Space.

I don't get the high ratings for the game. The gameplay seem so shallow and the game is so long too. And this is coming from someone who played this game with 3 friends (and that usually always make a bad game good), but none of us liked the game. It's funny how we just kept playing for hours though... I like the art I guess.sevin0seven wrote:Beat Castle Crasher last night (yawn)...
Anyone tired alien hominid? Was that better than Castle Crasher? Been meaning to try the game because of the cool art style.
Re: Games Beaten: 2010
I haven't beat Castle Crashers (I'm part way through, though). Still, I would say that Alien Hominid is a much better game (even if it is more difficult).wakeup wrote:

yeah, when i beat Castle Crasher with a friend i was like "that's it?"...anyway, your probably better of with Alien Hominid. I have the game in GC and it rocks. I'm not bashing on CC it did have it moments and a fun multiplayer with friends "only".dsheinem wrote:I haven't beat Castle Crashers (I'm part way through, though).
