I guess it's worth mentioning that there's a couple of other threads going on for conventions I'm planning to attend:

PAX East - March 26-28th in Boston, MA (Racket's coming along too!) (http://www.racketboy.com/forum/viewtopi ... 15&t=19229)
Too Many Games - April 18th in Reading, PA (several forum members are on board) (http://www.racketboy.com/forum/viewtopi ... 15&t=19507)

Be sure to visit those threads and let us know if you're planning to come so we can arrange some kind of meetup or something. I'm a gaming convention newbie, so I'm pretty psyched to see what's in store. Do you have any words of wisdom for us noobs, fastbilly?

Wear deodorant. I shouldn't have to call this out, but it's an unfortunate reality of the demographic. And if you're the type to have a general body odor make sure you really get a good wash during your morning shower; don't just go for the shampoo job.

I'm planning to attend Momo and DragonCon at least. Maybe a couple others if finances permit.
Comics, RPG's, miniatures, and now retrogaming? I guess its time to learn to go without eating...

So true. I went to Magfest in Va and there were so many smelly people.

Too much gaming not enough sleep, meal and shower breaks.

Will definitely be going to AWA. Was planning on going to Momocon and DragonCon, but I don't have the money for DragonCon and I can't get anyone to go with me to Momocon.

Alright so Ive got:
Nashi this weekend
Kamicon in Tuscaloosa next weekend
MTAC in Nashville after that
Then Ill be in Savannah the weekend after (not a con, a photoshoot, but damn it I get a nice rum and a nap in the sand).

If yall will be at any, just try to find me, Ill be at the Momocon table (Kami and Nashi we are in the dealers room). If yall have been looking for something/want to trade, PM me. Im not huge on trading, but for a racketboy member who hunts me down, I will make an exception.
