A really rare version of Mario Teaches Typing 2 only released by scholastic. It's on eBay now.

I don't know about rarities, but my personally most valued games are the 6 mint factory sealed NES games I have (Bomberman, Castlevania 2, Blaster Master, Bubble Bobble, Dragon Warrior and Mega Man 3) along with Tooth Protectors for the Atari 2600 and my prototype Genesis cartridge I have (Fire Shark). I have a few other items that are higher priced, but I think they're more expensive due to popularity than rarity (Chrono Trigger for example).
Current Systems:
Atari 2600, NES, Neo Geo AES, SNES, N64, Silver GC, Wii, Genesis, 32X, Saturn, DC, 2 PS2 (White + Silver), Slim PS3, X360 MW2 Ed.

These would be considered very rare! You would get a very pretty penny for any of those!

I didn't say they were rare, I said they were the most valuable to me personally. And I think factory sealed versions are somewhat rare - even Dragon Warrior and Castlevania 2 generally fetch 50-100 sealed.

Any game that's factory sealed can probably be considered rare though. The most common NES game is hard to find sealed.

Digging through my garage today, I found several NES games (all unopened and look to be mint):

Baseball Stars
Boulder Dash
Castlevania!!!
Dash Galaxy
Operation Wolf
Orb 3d (2 copies)
Shingen the Ruler
Short Order/Egg-splode
& Thundercade

I think I hit the jackpot with that unopened Castlevania.
