Greetings!

Just signed up but been lurking for a while. This is a great site, glad I found it.

I been playing games since pong and still at it. I also love music and the outdoors. I'm a Sega fanboy at heart but not biased.

Happy to join you all!

Yo! I found this forum while searching google for screenshot's of PS1 and Dreamcast games enhanced through emulation. I found screenshots in a thread on this site and things seem pretty chill, so here I am!

I'm 18 years old, I used to play games a lot but have slowed down recently since I'm in one of those "omg I'm broke and my computers dead" situations. I mostly just go around the Internet (Dial-up style! Oh Yeah!) looking at reviews and screenshots of games I can't play. Going to invest in a netbook "soon" though so plan on catching up on some retro games.

I like Anime, Video games, and pretty much all the stereo typical geek things. :)

Used to collect old macs and video game consoles (Still have a NES, Snes, Mega Drive II, GBC, N64 and MacLCII stashed under my mums house somewhere..)

I'm not particularly clever and I'm a bit of a hermit. I like music but there's so many genres with crazy names I won't elaborate. Favourite game genres are RPG, FPS, and classic platforming.

Ah Rocketman, you found Mozgus's old topic about it with my Chrono Cross images. Dont worry, Ive got a really unique enhancement project that is finally coming to fruition and hopefully will be done by the end of the month.

I've been working on a handheld SNES using a pocket tv and a SNES mini, not very far with it, i think i'm gonna start over using the PSone screen instead. anyway i want to start programming SNES games and that's what brought me here.

Yeah it was a thread started by someone called Mozgus! Haha, just double checked now (bookmarked  ). This thread: http://www.racketboy.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2999

I guess things have probably improved a little bit since those screenshots are from 2007. (And they're awesome!).

Didodeman - great - how about a topic on your project with pics, and we might be able to help you out with your handheld portable SNES if you need advice.

I'm a well known member over at Sega-16 and I just wanted to come here to discuss a broader range of topic as well as for the fact that racketboy seems to be more ROM/ISO friendly than most game forums without just being a download hotlink site.

However, if mods read this, I originally wanted my name to just be "17daysolderthannes", but I wasn't paying attention and clicked "born after" at the registration screen (I was thinking "older than" for some reason) and just regular 17daysolderthannes is locked into requiring a parent or guardian to fax a signature. Since I'm 24 (17 days older than NES) I'm not really fond of the idea of asking my mommy's permission to post on a forum. Can you either delete the 17daysolderthannes account or fix it so it's an over 13 account? I sent an e-mail with that account, but I didn't know if it was to an account anyone actually checks. Please PM this account with any responses/changes and I'll delete this account once I get my original one up and running. Thanks.

31 yo male w/4 childrens...decided to sell off all my games about 2 years ago on ebay. As I was selling off my games (because I hadn't played them in years w/all the young kids) I saw a copy of "Wizards and Warriors" for the NES. I smiled, I cried, I went over that horrible jump in my head for about 10 minutes...and I was hooked again. For the last 2 years I have been buying up everything and everything Nintendo (except Wii - just not there yet). And the cool thing is now my kids (7, 4, 2, new) can play w/me, especially the older two. My 4 year old can beat Super Mario Bros 1 in about 2 hours - which is crazy cuz it took me a whole day when I was 12 - but he has a pretty good teach.
