ok by Saturday you mean the day before the convention right? i mean that's not for another month, right? i just want to make sure. also im mostly up for it but i can't legally drink since I'm only 18. I don't think that will be an inconvenience at all, I'm just throwing a heads up.

Haha, yeah I talk about it like its soon but yeah, I'll be there the day before the Con on April 17th. I mean, I'm 27 and strange as it is, bringing two friends of mine who are 18. We're renting a room, playing video games all night and pounding Redbull and No Fears. If people want to meet up, I'm so down. If they want to coordinate rooms and get the one next to mine thats cool too.

That sounds fun, actually. Are you going to bring consoles? Hooking up consoles to hotel TVs is always hard. You never know how they'll have them set up nowadays.

In so far:
...
Troglodyte?
...
I'm pretty sure I'm in... though I am of drinking age...
I don't drink very often, and since I am bringing my
younger brother; I don't really want to drink around
him. I don't care who else does though; so go for it lol

I checked; and I only live about 40min away from the place.
I don't think I will be getting a room for that reason, though
it would be awesome to meet up with some of you guys
since it seems like you might not mind that.
Are you going to bring consoles?
I'd be cool with bringing an extra Wiimote and / or a Gen Mobile.
I'd have to make sure that I get my Gen Mobile back in time though;
as it unexpectedly died yesterday for seemingly no reason at all.
The place I bought it from is sending me a replacement unit.

I'll just be coming in for the day and I'll be driving, so no more than a few drinks for me. I don't know if I'm planning to stop by hotel rooms to play games, but I'll definitely be happy to meet up somewhere nearby (in walking distance perhaps) for lunch and a beer.

As of early August of last year; I became part of the same
club when I was laid off from my Web Development job :?

Though, I'm much closer to the place.

That sounds pretty much like what I might do...
I'm not sure about the whole stopping by the hotel thing;
especially since I won't be getting a room and I'm not sure
how late I will be staying. I guess I'll be playing it by ear
(no pun intended :wink:)
