Racket either drop the "from" or add "1987," your call.

Shouldn't the PSP be listed under Ports? It has 2,3,4 in the Sega Genesis Collection.

Also valid. This is what we get when we dont have time to do serious fact checking. Sorry Everyone.

I'm trying to play without maps, but the 3D dungeons are hard. Gonna keep trying for a bit without maps maybe, but for those that want to give in:

I think I did it without maps when I played. It was during summer in college, so I had nothing else to do. Long spans of uninterrupted concentration helps a lot. Most of them are doable by keeping one hand on the wall (in your mind) and going all the way around. If not, there are some loops in the maze instead of just branches. After going around a couple times it should be clear where those are. It took me a long time to do that though.

Hmmm. I might take up the challenge. I didn't know much about the game, but the first person dungeons intrigue me. I love games like Wizardry for the challenge. I probably won't be able to get much time in until next week, but I think this would be fun. I've got the ultimate collection for PS3. I'm sure I'll lose interest once Final Fantasy XIII comes out though. Heh.

If it doesn't have Phantasy Star 1, then it isn't a port of Phantasy Star 1.

I gave in and had to use a map for Maharu Cave. I was lost in there for sooooo long. But now I have Noah, so 4 party members. Kick ass.
