New Bandai Mini Controller Sound Effect Keychains

Now for something completely useless (but kinda cool).
Keychain controllers that make game sound effects.

Oh, yay, I'll be wasting 888 yen on these when I make my comeback to Japan in June.

It seems like Japan always gets the cool stuff.

888 yen - ??? USD?

If it's pretty cheap, I might just get a few from a friend of mine the next time she goes over there. She has family there so if I give her money I could probably get something if I'm lucky.

Thanks. Yeeeah not spending 50 bucks to get all five, definitely sounds like it should be in Wal-Mart.

Actually looks like a product that would be in a 99 cent store.

But they do seem nice to have, at least, even though they're only sound-boxes.

Pretty cool, reminds me of those sound effect boxes you could mount in your car.

The ones with missile launcher sounds, if only they were real for that "%^#@&" who cut you off on the freeway.

From my limited command of Japanese, it seems like this product is something where you're supposed to "play" the game only by hearing the sound effects. Is this right?
