My console collection is in my sig with videos on my Youtube channel. I've been reading these forums for the past couple of days, mostly around the modding section. I don't really focus my collection on one specific console, but I love the Gamecube and most anything made by Nintendo. I hope to one day develop my own games, and do cartridge reproductions when I'm able to get a job, money, and the know-how. I live in Eastern Florida, south of Daytona Beach, so it's hard for a teenager to get a job. Of course, being a Freshman doesn't help much either.
I must say, I really do like this site, especially the Hidden Gems section.
You have got quite the collection there though sir. Sorry to hear that your PS3, and more so your Dreamcast, have broke though.

Hi,
My name's Jim and I collect pretty much everything last gen. Nothing against PS3, 360 or Wii, I'm just unwilling to pay top dollar for meh games. There are several games for those systems I am keeping an eye on for sure!
When I moved 1000 miles in 1999 I sold off my old collection. Regret set in and I've replaced those systems and then some
I did start a thread in Game Rooms.
I look forward to your opinions and hope to be of some use here

Hello all,
My name is Dale, I'm 22, I've been coming to this website for about a month or two and just reading through the forums and checking things out. I just decided about 5 minutes ago that I needed to join, it was way overdue. I always enjoy what I read here.
I must admit I'm no expert on anything. I do have a broad knowledge of many things, but not an expert on anything (except exercise I guess, that's what I go to to school for). If I don't know an answer or am just curious to know something I will definitely ask plenty of questions, so I hope that doesn't bother you and you like sharing your knowledge.
I've never considered myself a gamer, simply because I've never been spectacular at them. I love playing though and I play frequently. My favorite system is the N64 and I collect for it. My favorite games are anything with Mario written on it, especially Super Mario 64.
I'll definitely be posting a WTB thread in the near future for N64 stuff so be on the look out if you need money or want to get rid of it. I'll also have a PS3 for trade.
I look forward to talking with you all and having a good time. Thanks for having me!

Re: New Members: Introduce Yourself!
I feel like im at home here. I'm 26, have been a gamer all my life, my family has always sided with Sega in the early console battles, and after a few years out of the Video Game loop, im back. I dusted off my old Saturn and turns out I still have most of the games I remember, and everything works fine.
Glad this site exists for Sega 4 lifers like me.

Re: New Members: Introduce Yourself!
Hi, guys. Marktheshark here. Even though I'm only 16 years old for a little over 2 weeks now, I'm already interested in retro gaming ever since I was 12 years old. I've been thinking about getting a NGCD for a while now as I don't have too much to put a cab in my small townhouse nor do I have a big budget to last for the AES stuff, so NGCD seems like a pretty good choice for me.
So far I already have:
Super NES
Nintendo 64
Game Boy Color
Sega Dreamcast
PlayStation 2 Slim
Game Boy Advance
Gamecube
DS
Xbox 360
Wii
Well, actually my brother owns most of the systems, so I'll only have a Super NES, GBC, GBA, DS, & Wii once he leaves the house.
