I am done...

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

It's ironic you'd even find a thread like this on a site about retro gaming.

^ Actually considering I'm not quitting gaming altogether (or retro gaming for that matter) it doesn't seem too ironic...

It seems like you have spending problems to me. IMO you just need to learn some self control and moderation.

I blog about games and art. Usually both at once. Check it out at your own risk.

i totally know this is the case with me. i feel like streamlining my collection and tailoring it into more of a hobby than a materialistic obsession would do me some good.

It's Yumi from Maria-sama Ga Miteru. It's a rare moment when she doesn't have a composed appearance...

There's definitely a bit of a spending issue prevalent when it comes to games but when games aren't involved I'm actually pretty fiscally conservative, so I'll be fine. Even if I didn't have a video gaming spending problem I'd still be selling everything since the decision is based on other important factors not financial.

Retro gaming generally entails some form of collecting. You were talking about curbing your collecting and then others said some similar ideas. That's why it's ironic.

Are you implying that to be a retro gamer one must collect old games?
