Re: Video Game "Finds of the Day"
These are my finds of the day. Figured I should spend a little more of my tax refund toward fleshing out my SNES library:

In case you can't make them out, they are (left to right): Final Fight, The Lost Vikings, Super Mario RPG, Super Mario Kart, Castlevania IV, Starfox, Super Mario All-Stars w/ Super Mario World, Megaman X, Megaman X2, Donkey Kong Country 2, and Donkey Kong Country. A little pricey, but not too bad considering it was buy 2 get 1 free and they let me group 2 high price items with another high price item free rather than just the cheapest of them all being free. Also nabbed these two while I was there:

Haven't played Bangai-O before; looking forward to it. Is there a way to tell if a DC game is factory sealed? Because it looks minty fresh sealed and comes from a store that doesn't seal used games at all. But the cast has a small crack in it... just need more info before I open it.

If it has wrapping that's folded and glued at the top and bottom, then its probably official. If its actual 'shrink' wrap where its melted shut on 3 of the 4 edges, then its been probably resealed.xtronix620 wrote: Haven't played Bangai-O before; looking forward to it. Forgot to post this yesterday, went to a pawn shop and got a copy of Pokemon Silver for six bucks, and it still saves. Now all I need from the 2nd gen is Crystal.
Collects promo gaming stuff, certain import games, hockey memorabilia, and other oddball things. (sig and avy under construction)

PS2 and Gamecube Kiosks for $50 off of craigslist. They are missing their monitors but for $50 they are awesome. I am storing them at my mom's house before I move (I hope she doesn't get pissed I nicked the walls). I got it from an Evangelical Temple (I have delivered pizza to them and got crappy tips so this makes up for that). The pastor said they got them from a circuit city that closed down.

Yeah. When you're standing up playing a Gamecube game I'll be totally jealous on my comfy couch.GamerMON wrote:PS2 and Gamecube Kiosks for $50 off of craigslist. Kidding. Awesome find.

Actually I will be using my wave bird from an office chair. The house I am buying is a 3 bedroom. Besides the master we are sharing, my fiance gets one room for her office and I get one for my game room.Cassidy wrote:Yeah.
