I meant, to the guy in the train the speed of the light is:
186,000 mps minus 50 mph, because that guy himself is also moving at 50 mph.
The point was that that site is flawed. Do you agree?

No, this is not correct. You are probably basing your answer on common sense, but common sense is quite often incorrect.
