Sonic 4 Screenshots

Post by SegaDreamscape »

Not sure if these are already noted (i checked the search but couldn't see anything)

I hope this isn't going to be updated releases of the first four games for the megadrive. The shots look rather familiar though. (a bit upsetting if they are legit)
I haven't slept for ten days, because that would be too long.

The backgrounds look terrific! The sprites while good looking, are pretty aliased.

Very cool backgrounds. So much more distance than the original. Looks very smooth.

It won't be a remake of the first few games. Sega already stated that it is a continuation of the story that the first 4 tell.

i have not done any research about this game, does anyone know if this will be an online only release(xbl and psn?) or will it have an actual store release too where I can buy a tangible copy?

From what I've heard so far, is that the episode(s) will at first be ONLY available through PSN/XBLA/Wii digitally, and then as a retail package when they have completed their "episodic" run.
