Nobody has an excuse not to import games on DC since Utopia is easy to download and burn. No modification necessary. Depending on the game I will use a copy instead of the original though just to save faffing around swapping discs, plus my DC is a little bit finicky when it comes to playing originals. Some games work perfectly, some games like to play hard ball some times.
I'm sure more people will post in this thread soon.

I am really glad it got there, I had a feeling it would be lost in the mail.
I really felt like giving back to a community of knowledgeable members who didn't hold back on sharing their knowledge. You really cant find bashing replies or "use google" replies around here.
passing on the good "karma" is a fantastic idea, but maybe some wouldn't like to do it I don't know.
A lot of you are worried about shipping prices. I think a good solution to that is giving a gift card from amazon, or buying something off e-bay and sent to the address of the winner. No shipping costs that way. More importantly no complicated procedures.
I am really glad you are so happy with the gift Scooter, more importantly I hope you enjoy playing the game.
btw, what was the condition it arrived in?
Did I really put in the bag of the store I bought it from in there?

It arrived in pristine shape, better looking than any games I can find locally (if they even still have the boxes). Just so everyone knows, the game box was wrapped in bubble wrap, that was then placed snuggly inside a cardboard shell. That shell was then wrapped in bubble wrap again. Then all that was inserted into a large padded envelope. Short of getting run over by a truck, I don't think anything could have damaged the game inside! I should have shown the wrapping in the video, but then the video would have lasted 10 minutes! It took me a while to extract the game from the packing but it was well worth it as it arrived in absolutely perfect shape.kingmohd84 wrote:I am really glad it got there, I had a feeling it would be lost in the mail.
