Segagaga.. Pretty much the only game that parodies the same company that made it. Shame on you Sega for not localising this!

The game, which will ship in March, will have players taking pics of the ladies around the island while playing mini-games and befriending them. Players can choose over 100 different swimsuits for them to wear, along with watching Paradise Flicks of the ladies on the island. Finally, you can upload your own music to the PSP to play while you are taking photos. you know u want it.
Has to be one of the weirdest games in this thread. What's that have to do with Dead or Alive?
This game has been brought to you by the letter T, and in part by the letter A.

Although they may not be particularly good, the simple 2000 series on ps2 are all pretty insane and awesome, at least in concept. Simple 2000 Series Vol. 95: The Zombie vs. Ambulance had you being the last doctor in a city that has been struck by a zombie apocalypse and you must try and rescue survivors in your ambulance. To do this, you mow down zombies as you barrel down the streets of the city in search of injured people.

Then there is the oneechanbara series which is across ps2, xbox 360, and wii. They're all practically the same, but you run around as a bikini and cowboy hat wearing female hacking down zombies with a samurai sword. Again, not particularly good, but amusing for a while.

Another one I can think of is Kumauta. I haven't played around with it yet, but from what I understand, you create songs that a big white bear will then sing back to you. Creepy, bizarre, and kind of awesome.

And pretty much anything by Hideki
God Hand and Bayonetta being above Viewtiful Joe.

OMG Kumuata is hilarious! That's the kind of game that could get me into the import scene.

Another odd game I forgot to mention is Seaman for the Dreamcast. You use a microphone to talk to a fish with a human face that talks back to you.

I thought Segagaga was only released in Japanese, but that image has English on it. Did somebody do a fan translation?

Oddworld: Strangers Wrath (Xbox): You are a bounty hunter in the world of Oddworld, using small creatures as crossbow ammo. I think pretty much any Oddworld game could go on this list, but this is the best out of all the ones I've played.

Ape Escape (PS1): The apes go apeshit on your ass, and wear alarm hats.

Warioware Inc. (GBA): It's Warioware. Need I say more.
Systems: SNES, PS1, GBA SP, Gamecube, DS Lite, Wii, PS3 (Fully Backwards Compatible), Dreamcast, Nintendo 64, Sega Genesis, a Sega CD, and a Sega Saturn.

Here's a strange title for the NES. It's also fairly valuable and sought after due to its rarity.

Princess Tomato in the Salad Kingdom
