And i'm pretty sure by how expensive stores are selling sotc, and how hard it is to come across a black label for less than twenty dollars (nearly every ps2 game is less than 20 dollars, you should know, your company is selling them for like 3 bucks), i'm pretty sure it is already on its way to becoming a collector. Even if it was sold ALOT and was a huge hit (i've never seen someone claim that exept you), alot of games that were huge are collectors items.
Amazon seems to back me up on this one.

ICO was a rarity, but Shadow just barely made it out of obscurity to become a mainstream hit. It might never break under $10, but it won't ever go for over $20 either.
Amazon also doesn't account for greatest hits. Search it up. There is no distinction between black label and greatest hits, so they are both lumped together. Of course Shadow of the colossus will show a 20$ price tag, the greatest hits version is still printed and sold new. Look at the OTHER shadow of the colossus listing. It goes into the 80's, because I'm pretty sure there wasn't a pal greatest hits release.
For the love of God, sealed copies don't count in my opinion.

I buy my stuff to play it, not let it sit on the shelf wasting away.
My Consoles:
Genesis - Nomad - SegaCD - GameGear - Sega Saturn - Dreamcast - NES - SNES - N64 - Gamecube - Wii - Playstation - PSone & LCD - PS2 - PS3 - Xbox - 3DS

The same one I had before:

Any and all working Xbox 360's (Unless they actually make a nice and reliable slim version) will be rare as hell in the future.
My Consoles:
Genesis - Nomad - SegaCD - GameGear - Sega Saturn - Dreamcast - NES - SNES - N64 - Gamecube - Wii - Playstation - PSone & LCD - PS2 - PS3 - Xbox - 3DS

I think as time goes on and Nintendo continues to keep releasing new Mario and Zelda games... that boxed copies of their older games for the NES, SNES, and N64 will continue to go up in price.
"Welcome to the circus of values!"

Currently Playing: Crysis (360), Destiny demo (PS3), Roadblasters (MAME)

Throw a working Fat 60gb PS3 in that lot, a true rarity in 10 years.

Sometimes the Greatest Hits are more valuable in a sense of extra features compared to original release.

Actually the original PS3 is quite robust compared to the 360. The only ones I've seen get YLOD and fail on a maybe common basis are the 60GB's and 20GB's That's only because of the error in manufacturing where Sony used inefficient thermal paste on the heatsinks leading to overheating when it dried out and allowed the heatsink itself to contact the chip.

Agree RROD seems more common, but Sony has to get their piece of the pie too. Thermal paste issue must still be routine as usual all over again at the Sony Service Repair Center. I'm on my second (luckily was still in warranty) YLOD Fat 60gb service exchange.

Okay fixing previous reply to 60gb.
