Another odd Megaman cover art

For all the fun thats been made of the American cover arts. The European one for Mega Man 2 is not without flaws.

Mostly what gets me is the look on Mega man what on earth got him so terrified. The dragon boss ? Also i guess thats supposed to be Dr Wily in the background but he kinda looks friendly in a very creepy way.
