Just the third one (Tiberian Sun) has been made free now, the other two had been made free before Too bad I have them all already, but for those that don't, it's really awesome!

Unfortunately I am not able to confirm this, you have to find it out for yourself. However I spent a few hours trying to set up a multiplayer session with my friend with no positive results....But after buying The First Decade and applying the necessary patch, the multiplayer works flawlessly (just like singleplayer does).
