Use an app like Virtual Clone Drive (not sure what's out there for Macintosh) to mount the bin/cue.

Most of the time (for me atleast) SNESorama seems to have BIN/CUEs unless they're uploaded by that roberam guy.

SSF emulated PAnzer Dragoon II: Zwei in fullscreen at 60fps and without a hitch on my Stock HP nine year old 2.8GHZ P4 PC running Windows XP Home. It's not really about graphics hardware when running a Saturn emulator, it's about having sheer horsepower to throw behind it and power the emulator in the same way the actual Saturn hardware did.
My Consoles:
Genesis - Nomad - SegaCD - GameGear - Sega Saturn - Dreamcast - NES - SNES - N64 - Gamecube - Wii - Playstation - PSone & LCD - PS2 - PS3 - Xbox - 3DS

QFT. GiriGiri did impress me however with its clever optimisation. Too bad that even with the hacks implemented in the infamous Cassini the emulator itself didn't support many games.

Yeah, Cassini and GiriGiri were pretty good at the time, but SSF has far surpassed them in usability and compatibility.
