I think mine has a similar glitch for my friend Jeff.
This reminds me, I use to have a SNES Game Genie and there was a fairly glitchy code that would let you play as the 4 boss characters on the original Street Fighter II before the Championship/Turbo Edition came out where that was a built in feature.
Jeff and Paul are assholes. Methinks they both use some code, only known to the two of them.
Never heard of the game genie code. Don't get me wrong, I trust you, but I thought that you could only use the regular 8 fighters in the snes version. This really makes me want a snes game genie.
Do you know if the "bosses" moves are all the same?

The game genie was the only way to play as the bosses on the original SNES Street Fighter II. That's the whole reason I bought a Game Genie, since SFII Turbo hadn't been released yet. As I mentioned though, it was really glitchy. Their moves weren't executed in the same way as in later editions. I think it was just tossing the sprites onto other characters. It did some weird things too, like I think sometimes even just a standing kick would turn Bison into the torpedo, but he wouldn't travel across the screen. At the time, I was disappointed with it because I just wanted to be able to play as the 4 boss characters like in the arcades, but it was still fun to play around with.
Loved the Chocobo World glitch in Final Fantasy VIII for PC, whereby I could get infinite items from the little game. And it was just so easy. All I had to do was to play them both at the same time, and keep alternating between windows and importing the items from Chocobo World to FFVIII. I just had to press Ctrl again in Chocobo World to have more items to import.
